La Table 42 is not just a restaurant, it is a timeless experience, where gastronomy meets rurality and whose challenge is to source within 42 km.
I had the chance to stay there during the first week ok 2024 and I had a first glimpse of what this involves, met a few producers, and was amazed by the ingenuity and imagination of Alix who cooks with what nature brings to her everyday. With Antonin they set up a real laboratory, a bakery, a grocery and a bookstore... where exchange, knowledge and Earth come together.
